Notice & Rules
1. Intellectual Property (Patent Pending)
The core technologies of the Enchanted Wish Tree, including "Blockchain GUI Sync" and "AI Digital
Asset Generation," are currently under Patent Pending status. All artwork, UI designs, and lore
are original creations protected by copyright.
2. Immutable On-Chain Record
Upon minting, your wish and Guardian are permanently engraved onto the XRP Ledger (XRPL).
Blockchain records cannot be altered or deleted. Please proceed with mindfulness.
3. AI Generation Policy
Guardian pets are summoned using AI (Img2Img) technology. They are artistic, fairy-tale
interpretations, not photorealistic replicas of your companion. Artistic variations will occur.
4. Regenerative Finance (ReFi) Escrow
Our automated donation system is active. All minting proceeds are securely locked in an escrow
smart contract until our official animal shelter partnerships are finalized.
5. Sandbox Environment
The Sanctuary is currently operating in Sandbox (Testnet) Mode. Occasional magic interruptions or
